Cancellation Policy

 

Through our experience we feel that keeping our groups to 11 or less holds an intimacy that allows for deeper healing. Due to the nature of these small groups, deposits are non-refundable.

*If you have made a deposit for a retreat and you are unable to come, if we are notified 45 days before the start of the retreat, you can transfer the deposit to the next retreat we are offering.

*If you need to cancel within 14 days of the start of the retreat you have registered for, we ask that you honor paying the full amount of your retreat, as at this point it will be difficult for us to fill your space.

On the first day of the retreat your remaining balance will be collected. No refunds are offered beyond this point in time.
